Getting back to the Cheetah. Saw this earlier this evening.
Little did I know there was a second Cheetah in my area.
Rear tires are 295/50R15. Back when things were simpler, and driving was just driving.

Very nice. I talked to a guy at Road America who owns one, they cut the roofs off in period because the cockpit got unbearably hot.

It also helped prevent the doors from flying off. When the original cars were setting speed records, the doors actually blew off the car.
The continuation cars actually have a kit that puts a window in, along with the fact that the shape of the door is a bit different. It also helped that the motors were moved a few inches forward and they actually can put in vents if you want.
This would make the third Cheetah I’ve been up close and personal with. Certainly amazing cars. I saw it from a distance and had to get more info. The owner of this car (ironically) builds Cobra kit cars. Something about keeping your enemies close...
